ILS POLAND GROUP in the Rankings of the European Business Institute
Why are we presenting these distinctions now?
It is 2026, and some of the distinctions received by ILS POLAND GROUP in previous years can still be found in external publications, although until now we had not presented them on our own website. Clients who buy or have bought overseas property with us, especially apartments in Bulgaria on the Black Sea coast, may therefore naturally ask: “Why don`t you present these distinctions on your own website as well?”
That is exactly why we have decided to present them today. In publications and rankings of the European Business Institute from 2020–2023, ILS POLAND GROUP was distinguished a total of eight times under the titles Efektywna Firma, Gepard Biznesu and Mocna Firma Godna Zaufania.
For the first time, we are presenting these achievements together, along with the most important information and direct links to external sources, so that anyone interested can independently verify the information published about our company.
Taken together, these distinctions show that ILS POLAND GROUP was recognised in successive editions of the European Business Institute rankings, rather than in just a single year.
8 distinctions • 4 consecutive editions • 3 types of titles
Between 2020 and 2023, ILS POLAND GROUP appeared in the rankings of the European Business Institute under the titles Efektywna Firma, Gepard Biznesu and Mocna Firma Godna Zaufania.
A special place among these distinctions is held by Efektywna Firma 2023. The European Business Institute devoted a separate publication to ILS POLAND GROUP Sp. z o.o., in which its author, Jerzy Krajewski, wrote about our company: “Działa bowiem efektywnie” (“It operates efficiently”). The Institute also stated that the average ratio of net profit to revenue achieved by ILS POLAND GROUP in 2021 and 2022 reached 54%.
Efektywna Firma 2023 – ILS POLAND GROUP among the 5,000 most efficient companies in Poland
The European Business Institute distinguished ILS POLAND GROUP Sp. z o.o. in the 16th edition of the Efektywna Firma 2023 ranking. The analysis was based on publicly available financial data from Poland`s National Court Register.
In a separate publication devoted to our company, the Institute stated:
“Działa bowiem efektywnie” – “It operates efficiently”
The author of the publication also stated that the average ratio of net profit to revenue achieved by ILS POLAND GROUP in 2021 and 2022 reached 54%. This result earned the company the title Efektywna Firma 2023.
The scale of the entire ranking is particularly noteworthy. Before preparing the ranking, the European Business Institute analysed the financial results of 200,000 Polish companies and then selected the 5,000 most efficient companies in Poland. ILS POLAND GROUP was among them.
We are proud of this distinction – especially because it was awarded on the basis of specific financial data concerning our company and originating from the National Court Register.
The separate publication concerning ILS POLAND GROUP, written by Jerzy Krajewski, was published on EuropejskaFirma.pl on 3 April 2025. The author also describes our company`s activity in the property market in Poland and abroad and directs readers straight to the ILS POLAND GROUP website.

2022 – three distinctions for ILS POLAND GROUP
In 2022, ILS POLAND GROUP appeared in as many as three rankings of the European Business Institute: Efektywna Firma, Gepard Biznesu and Mocna Firma Godna Zaufania.
In the Efektywne Firmy 2022 Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego ranking, ILS POLAND GROUP achieved an average net profit-to-revenue ratio of 16.5%.
Another distinction was Gepard Biznesu 2022. In this ranking, the average growth dynamics of profit and revenue achieved by ILS POLAND GROUP amounted to 185%. The ranking focused on the development dynamics of companies measured on the basis of their financial results.
The third distinction was the title Mocna Firma Godna Zaufania 2022. The Institute awards this title to companies that simultaneously meet the criteria of Efektywna Firma and Gepard Biznesu.
As a result, in a single edition ILS POLAND GROUP was distinguished for both efficiency and growth dynamics, while meeting both criteria also earned the company the title Mocna Firma Godna Zaufania 2022.

2021 – another set of three distinctions
ILS POLAND GROUP also appeared in three rankings of the European Business Institute in 2021.
In the Efektywne Firmy 2021 Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego ranking, the average net profit-to-revenue ratio shown for ILS POLAND GROUP amounted to 17%.
In the Gepardy Biznesu 2021 Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego ranking, the average growth dynamics of profit and revenue achieved by our company amounted to 185%. The Institute states that in this edition it analysed the results of 85,492 Polish companies.
The combination of efficiency and growth dynamics also brought ILS POLAND GROUP the title Mocna Firma Godna Zaufania 2021.
As a result, in 2021 the name ILS POLAND GROUP appeared alongside all three distinctions: Efektywna Firma, Gepard Biznesu and Mocna Firma Godna Zaufania.

Efektywna Firma 2020 – where this story begins
The first distinction presented here is Efektywna Firma 2020.
ILS POLAND GROUP Sp. z o.o. from Gryfino appeared in the Efektywne Firmy 2020 Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego ranking, achieving an efficiency ratio of 13.4%.
The scale of the analysis was also significant in this edition. The European Business Institute analysed the results of 99,705 Polish companies, while the Efektywna Firma 2020 title was awarded to companies meeting the efficiency criteria defined by the Institute.
This distinction marks the beginning of the series presented here, which in subsequent years expanded to include Gepardy Biznesu and Mocne Firmy Godne Zaufania.

What do the titles Efektywna Firma, Gepard Biznesu and Mocna Firma Godna Zaufania mean?
Each of these titles is based on specific economic criteria. The European Business Institute bases its analyses on publicly available financial data from Poland`s National Court Register.
Efektywna Firma – the assessment is based on the ratio of a company`s net profit to its revenue. In the editions analysed here, the required level was above 5%.
Gepard Biznesu – the criterion is based on the average dynamics of profit and revenue over the relevant period. The required level was above 10%.
Mocna Firma Godna Zaufania – this title is awarded to companies that simultaneously meet the criteria of Efektywna Firma and Gepard Biznesu.
The fact that these rankings are based on companies` financial data is precisely what makes these distinctions particularly valuable to us.
