RABAT ZONE Certificate – Additional Benefits for ILS POLAND GROUP Clients

RABAT ZONE is a partner programme developed for ILS clients. Its participants may benefit from currently available discounts, preferential terms and other benefits offered by the programme partners.

The RABAT ZONE Certificate confirms that its holder may use the offers available within the programme under the terms currently applicable with individual partners.

The RABAT ZONE Programme was launched on 17 October 2011 and may be further developed by adding new partners as well as new categories of products and services.

Rules of the “RABAT ZONE Certificate” Programme

Definitions used in these Rules

RABAT ZONE Certificate – an individual certificate bearing a unique number, issued to an eligible ILS Client in electronic or paper form, confirming the possibility of using currently available RABAT ZONE Programme offers in accordance with these Rules and the terms of individual partners.

RABAT ZONE Programme – a partner programme intended for ILS Clients, under which partners cooperating with ILS POLAND GROUP may provide Certificate Holders with discounts, preferential terms or other benefits relating to the products and services they offer.

Programme Partner – an entrepreneur or other entity participating in the RABAT ZONE Programme and providing its participants with specified benefits under terms determined by that Partner.

ILS Client – a natural person, legal person or other organisational entity that has used, for remuneration, real estate brokerage services provided under the ILS, ILS POLAND or ILS POLAND GROUP brand and for which the remuneration due for the service performed has been paid.

Certificate Holder – an ILS Client who has been issued a RABAT ZONE Certificate after their eligibility has been verified.

§ 1. Organiser and Duration of the Programme

1. The organiser of the RABAT ZONE Programme is ILS POLAND GROUP Sp. z o.o.

2. The Programme was launched on 17 October 2011 and continues until further notice.

3. The RABAT ZONE Certificate is issued without a specified expiry date.

4. The Certificate enables its Holder to use currently available offers, discounts and other benefits made available to Certificate Holders by Programme Partners.

5. Issuance of the Certificate does not constitute a guarantee that a particular Partner, product, service or specific discount level will remain available throughout the entire period during which the Certificate is held.

§ 2. Rules for Obtaining and Using the Certificate

1. A RABAT ZONE Certificate may be issued to an ILS Client after ILS POLAND GROUP has verified that the conditions for participation in the Programme have been met.

2. ILS Clients who met the participation requirements before the launch of the RABAT ZONE Programme may also apply for a Certificate.

3. A Client interested in obtaining a Certificate may contact ILS POLAND GROUP or the person responsible for handling their transaction.

4. The Certificate may be issued in electronic or paper form and bears an individual number enabling its identification.

5. The Certificate is intended for the ILS Client to whom it was issued and may not be transferred to another person or entity for the purpose of using the Programme.

6. The detailed terms of a specific offer, including the discount level, availability period, scope of products or services and whether it may be combined with other promotions, are determined by the Programme Partner.

7. Before using an offer, the Certificate Holder should confirm its current availability and terms directly with the Partner or through ILS POLAND GROUP.

§ 3. Programme Partners and Offers

1. The current list of Programme Partners and information about the offers presented by them are published on the ILS POLAND GROUP website in the RABAT ZONE section.

2. The list of Partners, the scope of their offers and the amount or nature of the benefits offered may change.

3. The Programme Partner is responsible for the terms, availability and proper provision of the products or services offered by that Partner.

4. ILS POLAND GROUP may develop the RABAT ZONE Programme by adding new Partners, categories of products and services, and new offers.

§ 4. Changes to and Termination of the Programme

1. ILS POLAND GROUP may amend these Rules, in particular in connection with the development of the Programme, changes in the way it is administered or changes concerning cooperation with Partners.

2. The current version of these Rules is published on the ILS POLAND GROUP website.

3. Information about termination of the Programme will be published on the ILS POLAND GROUP website.

4. The termination of a particular Partner`s participation in the Programme or a change to that Partner`s offer does not constitute termination of the entire RABAT ZONE Programme.
