ILS POLAND GROUP – Founding Member of the Polish Chamber of Real Estate (PIN)

Logo of the Polish Chamber of Real Estate (PIN)On 22 April 2010, during the Founding General Assembly held in Warsaw, a sectoral chamber of commerce was established under the name Polska Izba Nieruchomości (Polish Chamber of Real Estate), abbreviated as PIN, and used internationally under the name Polish Chamber of Real Estate.

On 24 August 2010, the Polish Chamber of Real Estate was entered into the Polish National Court Register under number KRS 0000363500. At the time of registration, its registered office was located in Warsaw at Świętokrzyska Street 18, office 433.

ILS POLAND GROUP is one of the Founding Members of the Polish Chamber of Real Estate. Our participation in establishing PIN is one of the documented elements of the history of our activity in the real estate market.


Objectives and activities of the Polish Chamber of Real Estate

The Chamber brings together entrepreneurs operating in the field of real estate brokerage, consulting, and intermediation related to loans and mortgage financing, as well as activities supporting the operation of the above-mentioned business areas.

The objectives of PIN include, among others, supporting the development of the Polish real estate market, participating in processes concerning changes in legislation, creating mechanisms that support cooperation, and developing and promoting services provided by businesses operating in the real estate and mortgage brokerage sectors.

The statutory tasks of the Chamber include, among others:

  • counteracting discrimination and violations of the principles of freedom and equality in economic activity,
  • protecting the interests of Chamber members and representing their interests before state authorities,
  • supporting the development of modern forms of entrepreneurship in the field of real estate and mortgage financing in Poland,
  • expressing opinions on draft legal and economic solutions concerning the functioning of the economy and participating in their creation,
  • providing members with legal, economic and technical information useful for conducting business activities in the field of real estate brokerage and mortgage intermediation,
  • supporting broad access to the profession of real estate broker and facilitating the development of mortgage brokerage activities,
  • shaping and promoting ethical principles and standards of reliable conduct in business, particularly in relation to the profession of real estate broker and mortgage intermediation activities,
  • promoting the profession of real estate broker and mortgage intermediation services and supporting the development of these forms of professional activity, including efforts aimed at recognising the profession of real estate broker as a profession of public trust,
  • actively working towards the promotion and legal recognition of standards for the remuneration of real estate brokers by one of the parties to a sale or rental transaction, as well as the performance of property sale assignments on an exclusive basis for one real estate broker,
  • protecting the interests of Chamber members against unfair competition practices and supporting the integration of Chamber members.

We regard our participation in establishing the Polish Chamber of Real Estate in 2010 as part of the documented history of ILS POLAND GROUP and our long-standing involvement in the real estate sector.
